THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING

William Rubio, CROThe company offers multiple solutions in various platforms for UCaaS and PBS, contact center, web or video conferencing, and messaging. “We allow multiple platforms to operate independently besides enabling cross-platform integration,” states Rubio. The company makes use of Cisco HCS (Hosted Collaboration Solutions), a secure platform that hosts the data centers. This platform supports and manages all the essential communication requirements of an organization, including corporate telephony, contact center, conferencing, and UC.
Apart from Cisco solutions, CallTower also offers Microsoft solutions that include Skype for business, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365. This service is particularly unique as the company hosts the software and servers within its private cloud. The Skype for Business solution includes key integrations with contact center, CRM, UC Analytics, and Synergy. CallTower uses Synergy to ensure that both Cisco and Skype for Business solutions complement each other. The firm also delivers an integrated Office 365 Microsoft Teams with voice experience, which is comparatively a new service.

UC can provide organizations with the ability to effectively integrate real-time communication into a single interface which thereby improves efficiency and productivity
At the backend of CallTower’s offerings is a software—CallTower Connect—that unifies all solutions. Connect allows users to customize the platform. For instance, if the admin desires to add or remove a user, activate a license, the admin can go to a single software interface: CallTower Connect. “We understand that in most cases, one UC platform will not provide all the requirements for a customer,” noted Rubio. “With CallTower, we leverage Cisco, Microsoft and our proprietary solutions to fill in the gaps of each platform. This means we can provide a full turnkey UC solution to our customers, utilizing a single pane of glass for administrators through CallTower Connect.”
In order to extend the capabilities of the Cisco solutions and collaborate on a higher level, CallTower adds Cisco Jabber with its products and services. Jabber gives unlimited access to instant messaging (IM), voice, video, presence, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing facilities. The solution is an easy way to contact the users instantaneously and allow them to know if a person is online, offline, or in a “do not disturb” mode.
Through its services, CallTower is on a mission to change the way people communicate. Citing the company’s growth and expansion, Rubio says, “We have been a very successful organization, especially over the last seven years as we have aggressively expanded.” The company more tripled in size, revenue, and profitability. In addition to expanding its core platforms, plans to acquire an international company is also underway to add to our offerings.
